Co-Founder Coni reached out to me just before going on maternity leave in 2024. She was hoping to find a local Klaviyo specialist who could manage their email marketing and get to know their brand fast. We got chatting and it was obvious that their email automations needed an audit, and there was some work to do around segmentation. As a fellow Brightonian, we were able to meet up in person and put a plan in place for the months Coni was away.
I worked with their Content Manager, Becca, to put together a plan of emails that matched their social, press & partnership schedule. Since implementing a regular schedule of campaigns to their most engaged audience, we’ve seen MoM growth in all the right places and consistent revenue coming off the back of their campaigns.
I’ve also given all of their email automations a glow up, taking their average place order rates from 4% to 12% over 3 months just by refreshing the look & feel of their emails to match their brand, and AB testing a few of the basics.
