Every business can benefit from automating time consuming tasks, including yours. I can automate your processes and repetitive tasks, like manually populating a spreadsheet, or sending onboarding emails to your new customers. Even the more complex jobs can be automated… I can make automations with conditional logic too, so ‘if this happens, do that. But if this different thing happens, do that other thing.’

Integrations

I’ll integrate your tools so they work seamlessly together, meaning no more copying & pasting data from one place to another. Whether you have a Shopify site and need it hooking up to Omnisend, or need your Typeform responses landing in a Google Sheet, I can bridge the gap between your apps.

My Chosen Tools

Lots of tools have their own form of automations within them, but the logic that is used to build it is usually in the same format. So if you’re struggling to make something work, just let me know. Typically though, I end up using Zapier for lots of projects, as it allows tools to work together effortlessly by building workflows with triggers, actions, reformatting, wait steps, and much more.

Axis first came to me looking for ongoing help with email automations built within ActiveCampaign. They wanted an automation which started when a sub-contractor filled in a form.

nemo

nemo came to me with the idea of building a chatbot to help connect potential customers to their travel experts quickly. They wanted to help their website visitors get the information they needed as quickly as possible, as well as increase the number of high quality leads they were getting.

Georgina and the team had a well established brand and a great social presence for the deli, but came to me seeking help to launch an e-commerce section of their business. They had started to curate hampers using their customer’s favourite products, but needed help adjusting their Wix website, announcing the news via email, and building some automated campaigns for when buy their products using Mailchimp.

The Process

STEP ONE
Start by telling me the problem you're trying to solve. If you don't have any more details at this stage, don't worry. If you do, it's an added bonus but not a requirement.

I'll ask a few questions about your business & the task at hand. We can do this over the phone, in person (if you're lucky enough to be in Sussex!), or you can ping me an email - you decide.

I'll scope it out.

STEP TWO
I'll go away and think of a plan. I'll put this all in a simple document & send it over, with rough timings & a price.

If need be, we can hop on a call to go through it all. If you have any questions or feedback at this stage, I'll make any necessary adjustments to the scope.

I'll get to work.

STEP THREE
I'll start putting words into actions! Once I've done my first draft, I'll send it over with a screen recording. Have a watch, have a read, have a click around and start gathering some thoughts & feedback.

STEP FOUR
I want to know your thoughts! This is the time you can tell me to change the wording, ask me questions about how it works, or anything else that's on your mind.

We can do this on a call, or you can send me a list of bits & bobs you want me to adjust. Whatever the format, I'll go away and make any amends, and we'll repeat this step as many times as we need.
