Mailchimp has a very easy to use interface, meaning it’s super easy to organise data, build segments, and set up basic automations. The email builder is modern, and they also have some very snazzy testing features, which blow a basic AB test right out of the water.
They offer a great free plan which makes it a very attractive option to small businesses who are just starting to dip their toe into email marketing.
