Ribble Trails & Tails

As a brand new business, Ribble Trails & Tails didn’t yet have much of a brand presence, so Dave needed a website so that he could be found on Google as well as a logo and some business cards designing for him.

Your business?

Have you got a problem you need solving?

Hardman & Hemming

As busy business owners, their WordPress website had become a bit outdated and didn’t really reflect what they did or what they stood for. The branding was a old fashioned, the site speed was slow, and their SEO strategy was almost non-existent.

The Cape Agency

Barak got in touch with me to discuss a Typeform project, where the responses were also sent to Airtable. Not only did the Typeform need to collect relevant information from the user by having several different conditional logic paths, but the Airtable base then needed to be built in a way that Barak & the team could:

  • Monitor & report on sales for the quarter
  • Ensure no two ads in the same magazine issue were too similar
  • Make sure the right people in the editorial & print process were signing off on what they needed to at the right time

Chatbots

Creating a clever chatbot can save you & your team bags of time, whether you want it to solve simple customer issues before they hit your support team’s inbox, or even direct hot leads to the most relevant sales rep.

No one wants to be met with a “Sorry, I don’t understand that.” response, and building a bot that doesn’t disappoint can be tricky. One of my chatbots on the other hand, will route your users to the response they want in a matter of seconds. One of my chatbots, might just be your next employee of the month 🤓
